Abstract
In this work, we present a power-allocated precoded Faster-Than-Nyquist (FTN) signaling scheme for Orthogonal Time Frequency Space (OTFS) systems. By utilizing an optimal power allocation strategy under a total transmit power constraint, we maximize the achievable information rate while mitigating the severe inter-carrier and inter-symbol interference of non-orthogonal signaling. Numerical simulations verify that the proposed power-allocated FTN-OTFS transceiver outperforms conventional orthogonal systems and unprecoded architectures.
